Private Collection Insurance (PCI) protects some of Canada’s most valuable collections, from sports cards, fine art, watches, memorabilia, firearms, luxury handbags, and more. Our clients trust us not only for our specialized insurance expertise, but also for guidance on how to better protect what they collect.

For 2026, we are expanding our Preferred Vendor Partnership Program. We are inviting reputable companies across Canada to apply to join our curated network of vendors. This program connects PCI clients with trusted industry partners who help reduce loss, improve security, and support responsible collection management. Only about 10% of collectors actually have the proper safety precautions in place, and we are on a mission to work with vendors like you to change that stat!

Approved partners will be showcased to our clients and community through PCI promotions, educational content, and referral pathways.

Approved vendors may supply postcards, brochures, or one-pagers for distribution inside client insurance packages and at various collector shows across Canada.

The PCI team attends multiple shows annually across Canada, including sports card expos, memorabilia events, industry trade shows, and collector meet-ups. This means, giving vendors direct visibility with serious collectors.

How To Apply

We are currently accepting applicants for the new 2026 intake. To be considered, companies must:

Submit a short introduction to their business
Provide list of relevant products or services
Include a link to your website
Share any relevant brand assets (logos, photos, or brochures)

The 2026 intake will remain open for a limited time as we build our curated list for next year.
